This week's Friday Lunch Ride will go to Sophia's in Walden. We shall depart from 5 Bridges Fitness at 10:00 am. If you wish to shorten the ride, you can meet us at the foot of the Harvey Taylor Bridge at about 10:30 am. If you are meeting us at the bridge, please be sure to email me (hlross18@gmail.com) to let me know. We do not want to go without you.
Pace 12 - 14 mph with no one dropped.
