DISTANCE: Approx 20 miles
SPEED: 9-11 MPH
This week the route will take us to the Lickdale Trail head at the Swatara State Park. It is an out & back route and will not be on the State Park Trails. There are some hills, we have ridden this route several times this year so it is manageable. Dress in layers so you can adjust to stay comfortable. Bring water, a snack and your helmet.
