I ( Diane Riley ) will lead this Sunday morning ride from the City Island parking lot at 7:15 AM. It typically lasts 75 minutes at an 8-10mph average speed. Helmets are required, highly recommend having plenty of hydration, snack, and an extra tube. This is a social ride and a wonderful way to meet new people ,enjoy fresh air on an early morning before traffic takes over.Afterwards, some riders gather for breakfast at Roxy’s Café on North St in Harrisburg.
