ACCOMODATIONS

This year, we will be staying at the Hilton Vacation Club Historic Powhatan Resorts.  All units include full kitchens and living rooms with sofa beds.  Both one-bedroom and two-bedroom units are reserved as part of our room block.  Please note - only King-sized beds are available.

 

Breakfast is NOT included however a restaurant is located on-premise where you can purchase breakfast if you choose.  Or you might want to bring your own breakfast food since you will have a kitchen available.

  Extending Your Travel: To book rooms before or after the block dates, guest should make their reservation for the dates inside the block, then email Crystal Moxam at Crystal.Moxam@hgv.com and ask for the additional nights to be added. Guests should provide their reservation number, as well as their intended arrival and departure dates.

Notes:

 

• Payments:
• No deposit is required during the reservation booking process. 
• All payments are due upon arrival.
• Reservation Modifications & Cancellations:
• Reservation modifications can be made, based upon availability, until 72 hours before arrival.
• Cancellations less than 72 hours will be charged the first night's room rate plus tax penalty.
• No-shows for confirmed reservations will be charged the first night's room rate plus tax penalty.
• Check-in begins at 4 pm / Check-out is 10 am.
• Early check-ins or late departures:

• It is strongly suggested that guests requiring an early check-in should book the night before the desired check-in date, as check-in begins at 4 pm daily.
• Early check-ins are based upon availability and can only be confirmed the day of arrival by the resort's front desk.
• Late check-outs can only be confirmed after check-in by the resort's front desk.

• A minimum of one adult (21 years of age or older) to remain for the duration of the stay
• A valid credit card and photo ID, per reservation
• A $200 refundable incidental authorization, per reservation
• Daily housekeeping is available at a nominal fee at some resorts. Please request additional cleaning and room amenities with the resort’s front desk.
• Resort common areas (pools, grills, sports courts, etc.), pool chairs, tables, etc. are for all guests to enjoy and cannot be reserved.
• Resort amenities (pools, fitness center, sport courts, etc.) are available to registered guests only.  Non-registered guests are not permitted to utilize resort amenities.
