The Northwest Lancaster County River Trail runs along the Susquehanna river from Falmouth Pennsylvania, to Columbia Pennsylvania. All of the trail is paved and it’s a beautiful ride (no hills) . Meet at the Falmouth Boat Launch 111 Collins Road, Bainbridge PA at 9:45 for a prompt departure at 10 o’clock. Total mileage is 30 at a pace of 10 to 12 mph. Other parking lots along the trail are available if you would like to make the ride shorter. Contact me. Helmets are required, rest stops as needed. It is always highly suggested you bring a tube , plenty of fluid, and snacks. This is a favorite and a great way to get back into biking shape.
